As a Food & Beverage Attendant in one of casual dining restaurants and bars, you will contribute to the efficient operations of our busiest venues! Your enthusiasm and can-do attitude will see you providing exceptional customer service to all guests.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of our guests by providing an exceptional service in a fast paced, high-energy environment.

Opportunities:

Harvest Buffet: A feast for all senses. More than 100 different items on offer at our famous in house buffet!

Latitude: Nightlife, entertainment, and world class casino at your doorstep. Latitude bar services our Main Gaming Floor.

 

A few of your responsibilities:    

  • Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue’s menu and current promotions
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
  • Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
  • Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures  


What we are looking for:
   

  • Experience working in a hospitality or customer service role
  • Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills 
  • Flexible availability to meet the venue operating hours 
  • Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
