As the Spa Receptionist, you will report to the Spa Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service. Your warm and professional approach will create a lasting impression of The Darling Spa, while you manage all operational aspects of the spa reception.

A few of your responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to guest inquiries about spa facilities, services, and events
- Address guest queries and concerns professionally and with tact
- Greet all guests and colleagues upon entry and exit
- Process and reconcile cash, credit, and room charge transactions efficiently
- Monitor retail stock levels and report re-order needs to management
- Complete monthly inventory checks of all retail merchandise accurately
What we will be looking for
- Minimum 1 year of frontline customer service experience in spa, retail, or sales
- Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
