As the Spa Receptionist, you will report to the Spa Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service. Your warm and professional approach will create a lasting impression of The Darling Spa, while you manage all operational aspects of the spa reception.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for The Darling Spa team.   

A few of your responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to guest inquiries about spa facilities, services, and events
• Address guest queries and concerns professionally and with tact
• Greet all guests and colleagues upon entry and exit
• Process and reconcile cash, credit, and room charge transactions efficiently
• Monitor retail stock levels and report re-order needs to management
• Complete monthly inventory checks of all retail merchandise accurately

What we will be looking for

• Minimum 1 year of frontline customer service experience in spa, retail, or sales
• Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
