As a Food & Beverage Supervisor in our hotel lobby lounge G&Tea, your enthusiasm for creating unforgettable guest experiences will position you as a vital member of our leadership team, overseeing and assisting team members throughout their shifts. Your commitment to delivering top-notch customer service will be evident as you mentor and develop the team, while also providing insightful recommendations to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

- A few of your responsibilities:
- Supervise the team on shift and assist with training, development and performance management
- Set daily performance objectives for the team and supervise the service flow and performance standards
- Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
- Assist the Venue Manager to support achievement of financial and operational targets
- Ensure an open line of communication at all times through daily shift briefings, and ensure a smooth transition and handover between shifts
- Monitor the quality of food & beverages to service to ensure high standards are maintained
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace and coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and materials
- What we will be looking for:
- Supervisory experience within in a hotel/bar/café or similar busy hospitality environment including a thorough knowledge of food and beverages
- Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
- Highly organised and eager, with a high attention to detail
- Flexible availability to meet the venue operating hours
- Current NSW RSA Statement of Attainment
