The Star Brisbane is looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager. In this exciting role you will be responsible for driving the resort’s digital strategy through delivering engaging storytelling content across various digital platforms. This role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, driving resort visitation and key commercial outcomes. The Digital Marketing Manager will create compelling content, manage digital campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights to optimize digital performance, ultimately strengthening The Star Brisbane’s online presence and community engagement.

A few of your responsibilities:
• Embrace the art of brand storytelling through digital platforms. Create and curate engaging, on-brand content that connects with our target audience and encourages visitation to the precinct.
• Lead the creation of high-quality, on-brand content including , photography, and video, ensuring the content meets business objectives and resonates with the audience.
• Conduct regular photoshoots for social and digital channels to support the resort’s marketing initiatives. Effectively plan, manage and execute production schedules to ensure effective and efficient productions, and strong stakeholder engagement.
• Report regularly on campaign performance, ROI, and community engagement, providing stakeholders with detailed reports and optimization recommendations and key insights.
• Manage community engagement across all social media platforms, fostering positive relationships and driving organic interaction with followers.
• Ensure compliance with The Star Entertainment Group Code of Conduct, all internal policies and procedures and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

What are we looking for:
• 8+ years of digital marketing and content creation experience.
• Passion for brand storytelling, content creation and crafting exciting, engaging
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to various platforms and audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically while paying close attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple Agency relationships, and key suppliers such as photographers, videographers, stylists, influencers, talent and designers.
• Proficiency in video and photography shooting/editing is highly desired.

About you:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Manager with extensive experience in digital marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in video and photography shooting/editing, as well as a strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will be someone that excels in crafting engaging, concise content tailored to various platforms and audiences, with excellent copywriting skills. Your strong project management abilities will come into play whilst they allow you to handle multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines. You will collaborate effectively with diverse teams and suppliers, using web analytics and social media tools like Google Analytics and Sprout Social to optimize performance. You will bring attention to detail to the role and have an eye for detail, creativity, and strategic thinking, along with proficiency in Adobe Suite, CSS, Web Design, and WebFlow.
