In this role, you’ll oversee shift operations, set performance expectations, maintain service and quality standards, ensure accurate cash handling, and support financial targets. You’ll also drive clear communication, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure seamless service across every shift.

What we are looking for

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or bar operations
• Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively
• Highly organised and eager, with a high attention to detail
• Flexible availability to meet the venue operating hours
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
