In this role, you will help ensure our food and beverage outlets have the stock, equipment and cellar support they need to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Reporting to the Cellar Team Leader, you will support the efficient operation of our cellar and postmix systems while maintaining accurate stock records, high cleanliness standards and reliable service across the property.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Previous exposure to a cellar, beverage, warehousing or inventory-control environment.

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence maintaining stock records.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to equipment checks and operational issues.
• An understanding of liquor, responsible service and workplace health and safety requirements.
• The physical capability to regularly stand, walk, move stock and complete manual-handling duties associated with the role.
