What are we looking for

• Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working in a busy high-end kitchen
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Passion for the culinary arts and a genuine love for food!
