We're looking for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at The Star Brisbane, delivering exceptional service across our hotel and in room dining operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional guest service within our luxury hotel environment
• Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring timely, accurate delivery to guest rooms
• Creating memorable experiences through personalised and professional service
• Building rapport with guests and anticipating their needs
• Working closely with culinary and hotel teams to deliver seamless service
• Maintaining high presentation, service and cleanliness standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in hotels, in room dining, room service, executive lounges, premium restaurants, or similar hospitality environments
• A genuine passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Queensland RSA Certificate
• Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster
