Let’s Talk About You
You are a commercially astute, values-driven leader who thrives in a high-performance environment. You balance strategy with hands-on operational leadership, and you inspire excellence through collaboration, accountability, and integrity.
You’ll also bring:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior marketing leadership, including extensive casino marketing management experience
- Excellent leadership capability, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to perform at their best. You will also demonstrate The Star Leadership Competencies, champion our Purpose, Values and Principles, and model our commitment to a risk-aware, safety-first culture.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive market share growth, customer acquisition, retention and revenue generation across all segments
- Strong understanding of Casino Control Act 1982, Responsible Gambling and Responsible Service of Alcohol compliance
- Expertise in stakeholder management, cost control and performance across large-scale operations
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage guests, regulators, teams, and board stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in a marketing, commercial, business or related field
