What we are looking for

• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to influence strategic decision-making, drive commercial outcomes and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong hands-on expertise in TM1 and advanced Excel, with a proven ability to lead the end-to-end annual budgeting process, including model design and development, stakeholder coordination, consolidation, financial analysis, and the delivery of accurate and insightful budget outcomes
• Extensive commercial acumen with proven experience developing business cases, evaluating investment opportunities and improving financial performance
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear and actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related commercial discipline coupled with exposure to a gaming, casino or large hospitality environment (highly regarded)
