Join The Star Gold Coast as a Trainee Games Dealer, where you will be provided with paid training to learn this new skill and once completed, you will have an extensive game knowledge in either Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette or Poker as well as various minor games and chip work abilities that are world renown.

Interviews are set to be held in October 2026 with successful applicants commencing on the 10th November 2026. (Availability for full-time training, Monday to Friday, for 5 weeks is essential)

What we are looking for

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in maths, ability to tackle mathematic problems without a calculator
• Attention to detail & high level of concentration
• Flexible availability to work across a 24-hour/7-day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain a Queensland Casino Employee (CE) Licence (which includes thorough and ongoing background checks)
