This is a fantastic opportunity as our Product Manager reporting into the Platform Delivery Manager, where you will be responsible for working with key stakeholders across the business to prioritise the product backlog and work with virtual team members (covering Star employees and vendors) to continuously deliver new capability to the business.

 

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to collaboratively develop and deliver the product roadmap
  • Build, develop and lead an agile, cross functional team and maintain a prioritised backlog (covering enhancements, incidents and problems), and own the delivery of the backlog
  • Develop a new framework / model for the continuous improvement of The Star’s Regulatory and Compliance Data Platforms
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, expectations and communication flow between virtual product development teams, senior business stakeholders (Exco & GM) and key vendors

 

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience in IT in a dynamic product management role delivering data solutions
  • Advanced level of capability across all standard product management knowledge areas and be able to apply to all stages within the product lifecycle
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
  • Experience in an environment with a strong systems regulation requirement

 

You are proactive and can take ownership of a Product. You take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management and leadership skills and can work independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
