Based on your experience and interest you will be placed in one of our casual or signature dining venues that include:

  • Commissary - behind the scenes, production operation

What we are looking for:  

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is desired
• Strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume operation
• Exceptional eye for detail
• The right "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn new cuisines and techniques.
• Flexibility to work and commit on a rotating roster that can include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
