As our Business Analyst, you will be reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer providing business analysis skills to support the effective implementation of compliance initiatives processes and systems, ensuring that business solutions achieve the outcomes defined by business requirements.   

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will embark on a pivotal journey assisting with our compliance initiatives and be tasked with the intricate responsibility of working across various business units to deliver on regulatory requirements.

 

A few of your responsibilities

  • Assist in defining the vision and scope of assigned projects in alignment with project timelines and budget.
  • Maintain functional relationships with all stakeholders to gather information, understand stakeholder interest, maintain an up to date understanding of the various business units and their operations, and manage expectations with these stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all project communications are dealt with in a professional manner and within agreed timeframes.
  • Act as the liaison between the business units and support teams. 

 

 

What we are looking for

  • Excellent organisation skills, specifically in process management and documentation.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in business analysis activity.
  • Excellent communications skills, both in terms of written (documentation) and verbal (e.g. facilitating workshops).
  • Possess ability to work within strict deadlines and an agile environment.

 

About you

You are a seasoned business analyst that has worked across remediation plans communicating the business requirements and specification into technical pieces of work. You are flexible and able to manage a variety of responsibilities, with a keen focus on compliance initiatives across the business. You serve as a catalyst for extracting information and can confidently convey requirements to the correct business units.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our effective implementation of compliance initiatives in the organisation.
