The Workforce Systems Specialist, reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager, will manage and maintain the Workforce Management system suite of products on behalf of the Star Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our People Operations team.
A few of your responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including pay adjustments and issue resolution
- Ensure EA and pay rules are accurately tested and implemented in Virtual Roster
- Maintain and update Workforce Management systems (Virtual Roster, Time Manager, Pit Manager)
- Conduct regular audits to ensure legislative compliance
- Collaborate with IT and payroll teams to standardise processes across sites
- Test and roll out Virtual Roster releases in line with release plans
What we will be looking for
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a rostering team, ideally within a casino or hospitality environment
