As our Analytics Specialist reporting to the General Manager Analytics & Insights, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of analysis and optimisation initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the manager of diverse portfolios to make decisions that support ongoing growth of the business units to meet their financial objectives.

 

A few of your responsibilities

 

  • Support the Compliance, Safer Gaming, Risk & Financial Crime teams with analytics, modelling and reporting necessary to ensure we meet our obligations to guest safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Mine and analyse data from Group databases and develop custom data, mathematical statistical models and predictive algorithms to support decisions on how to increase Gaming revenue generation, optimise customer experiences and achieve other business outcomes, including maximising marketing ROI.
  • Deliver data-driven optimisation ideas on gaming product pricing, hold, marketing reinvestment, loyalty program construct and other efforts to maximise revenue and net profit.
  • Support the test and learn initiatives across the business by working the teams in developing and implementing correct testing methods and procedures.

 

What we are looking for

 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an analytics role
  • Experience in SQL and Python
  • Experience in predictive modelling, statistics and machine learning.
  • Ability to interpret data and information and provide audit reports and analysis on
  • the business
  • Understanding of casino rules and regulations and reporting requirements

You are a seasoned analyst with in-depth knowledge on how to assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources to maximise the value to its business. With a proven track record in creating insight from data and the ability to simplify complex data sources to drive effective decision making

Your role will be pivotal in leading the decision-making process that will create positive impact across all level of the business.
