As an Event Logistics Captain, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless events and creating world-class experiences. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to the Events team.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will supervise a team of logistic professionals in event setups, as well as overseeing the smooth execution of various functions.

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Coordinating event logistics, inclusive of staff, equipment allocation, and venue preparation
  • Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
  • Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in events, logistics and/or hospitality
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
