As our Financial Crime Customer Lifecycle Management Analyst, reporting to the Manager of Financial Crime Customer Lifecycle Management, you will play a pivotal part in performing a wide range of complex analysis, recording and reporting actions by The Star’s AML/CTF program and regulatory statutory requirements.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the financial crime operations team and contribute to developing an agile Star workforce.

 

 

A few of your responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and proactively lead continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and simplification, uplift processes, controls, governance and reporting requirements.
  • Apply sound judgment, expertise and knowledge to make independent decisions and escalate red flags where necessary.
  • Undertake customer data profile reviews and engage with stakeholders and customers directly to complete outreach requirements.
  • Lead and execute customer management and lifecycle remediation activities.

 

 

What we are looking for:

 

 

  • Previous experience working in a due diligence, intelligence, investigative or compliance-related environment; and/or; Financial Crime.
  • Ability to demonstrate a flexible work approach with a willingness to meet evolving business priorities.
  • Experience in a customer-centric (Customer Lifecycle) process environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant statutory compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Experience working in a casino and/or gaming environment would be an advantage but not essential.

You are an experienced Financial Crime Customer Lifecycle Management Analyst, adept at assessing customer profiles, detecting suspicious activities, and implementing robust risk mitigation strategies. As a seasoned professional, passionate about maintaining financial integrity, with a keen eye for detail, you will contribute your expertise to the ongoing fight against financial crime.

 

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our CLM team within the revocation stream at the Star. Join us in making a difference.
