Gaming Marketing Manager – Casino Marketing

The Gaming Marketing Manager reports directly to the General Manager, Marketing, and is responsible for managing all Brisbane gaming campaigns, promotions and other strategic initiatives designed to drive gaming visitation, revenue and ROMI for our guests.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can lead your team and together create exciting campaigns for The Star.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Be the key property lead for all gaming marketing activities and planning.
  • Manage and support Marketing Executive team members.
  • Management of the overall return on marketing investment, activity planning and key stakeholder engagement.
  • Work with the General Manager, Marketing in engaging the Customer Insights, Analytics and Commercial Finance team on the impact of activity via post implementation reviews.
  • Develop offers for relevant segments (promotional copy, rules and restrictions, legal review, customer service and property operations review, etc.) and develop and monitor success at program, customer, and campaign level.

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, advertising, or brand development, as well people management.
  • You will be motivated by people and achieving the best outcomes for your customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills to confidently liaise with and manage expectations and demands of stakeholders.
  • Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing or a related work experience.

You are an experienced professional with a proven track record in campaign client and stakeholder management. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and thrive in environments with multiple priorities. Your proactive approach, combined with the ability to lead a team to create new and exciting campaigns, make you an asset to any marketing team.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our gaming marketing activities at The Star.
