As a Premium Services Host, you'll be the face of our premium gaming experiences, providing exceptional service to our valued guests. You will become an expert of the Star Club Loyalty Program with extensive knowledge to be able to promote the Star Club member benefits and address a multitude of guest enquiries that encompasses all areas of our business. This fast-paced role is hands-on and requires a high-level of attention to detail to ensure a positive experience for our guests.

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Respond to all guest enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the gaming promotions and services
  • Manage multiple systems to manage memberships and Private Gaming Room access
  • Assist in conducting Gaming Promotions & Draws
  • Promote Safer Gambling & Monitor the Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • Support the Hosting team with Meet & Greet and Farewell arrangements for interstate and international VIP members

What are we looking for?

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to learn other casino operating systems
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
  • Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds

To excel in this role, you'll develop a deep understanding of the gaming industry and a genuine passion for creating extraordinary experiences. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you'll be interacting with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
