As our Senior Manager Reporting, reporting to the Governance Manager, you will ensure a high standard and effectiveness of governance and project management for all transformation activities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop innovative analytics and reporting solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Build, implement and drive a reporting standard across the workstreams to ensure a consistent and unified approach to reporting.
- Quality control of the inputs received by the project managers whilst cross-checking for accuracy and uplifting as necessary.
- Assist the Governance Manager with transformation delivery, preparing key governance forums and regular/ad-hoc meetings with key internal stakeholders.
- Assist with the management of the overall transformation agenda and roadmap.
- Supports the management and tracking of budgets and costs of the overall transformation and as required for individual programs/ projects/ initiatives.
What we will be looking for:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective governance
- Demonstrated ability to work within tight timeframes and regularly monitor deliverables
- Experience in directly engaging with regulators and/or Independent Monitors
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and source cooperation from the relevant stakeholders
