As a Laundry Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of The Star Gold Coast property laundry facility, managing a hard-working team, implementing efficient processes to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of laundry attendants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery
- Monitor and maintain cleaning standards, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocols
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available while optimising resource utilisation
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless operations and address any guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally
- Embrace a hands-on approach, pitching in when needed to maintain the exceptional standards of The Star Gold Coast
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in laundry operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in handling diverse situations with tact and diplomacy
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands
