As the Sovereign Room Manager, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Premium Services, you will be responsible for delivering service excellence within the premium gaming areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can showcase your leadership skills and collaborate with all stakeholders to raise service standards, positively influencing the Premium Member Guest Experience and Visitation.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Ownership of the environment, ensuring consistency in presentation, and maintaining the highest quality of amenities and atmosphere
- Lead the Premium Services Guest Relations Managers to ensure that they provide an exceptional in-room hosting experience for guests
- Respond to guest feedback and implementing process to prevent reoccurrence
- Evaluation of operating techniques to maximise efficiency
What are we looking for:
- Current SE casino license
- Proven track record providing exceptional front-line 5-star customer service
- Effective coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to influence and motivate team members and guests
- Maturity, strong cultural awareness and a high level of confidentiality and integrity

You are an experienced team leader, able to inspire and motivate your team to consistently deliver exceptional service. With strong communication skills, you confidently manage and ensure your team have the mentorship and opportunities to learn and develop.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Premium Guest Services team at The Star.
