As a Food and Beverage Attendant in our Events team, you will be entrusted with delivering outstanding customer service to every guest, ensuring that their experience begins and ends with a warm, enthusiastic, and professional touch. Our bustling Events Department hosts a wide range of events, from large-scale conventions and exhibitions to elegant galas, weddings, and special celebrations.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, dependable, and personable, with a strong ability to connect with guests and provide exceptional service at all times. 

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service 
  • Collaborating with the events team to deliver seamless service for all functions 
  • Communicating additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen 
  • Maintaining immaculate cleanliness of work areas through clean-as-you-go procedures 
  • Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards are maintained 

What are we looking for: 

  • Experience working in a hospitality or customer service role (Previous events experience highly regarded) 
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment 
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays 
  • Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry 
  • Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Statement of Attainment
