As a Revenue Analyst, you will assist in the preparation of daily revenue reports to ensure our hotels & Star Residences are operating at maximum potential. Additionally, you will continue to build relationships with distribution partners to proactively identify yielding opportunities.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Perform routine reporting on data through RevPar, market mix, occupancy, ADR, and casino theoretical value per complimentary rooms
- Daily Pricing and inventory management
- Develop forecasting and yielding models with continual refinements
- Offer specialised guidance regarding the quantities of rooms permitted in accordance with revenue management guidelines
- Support the Revenue Manager in optimising revenue management strategies
- Provide feedback on revenue management efforts through clearly defined departmental metrics
What we will be looking for:
- Extensive experience within hospitality, preferably within hotels and Strata apartments
- Knowledge of Opera and CMS with the ability to efficiently and proficiently learn other operating systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex analytical findings to cross-functional teams effectively
- A proactive approach and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for the hospitality industry and dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Available to work a full-time Monday to Friday schedule
