As our Business Analyst reporting to the Program Manager Transformation, you will provide business analysis skills to support the effective implementation of changes to business processes and systems and ensuring that business solutions achieve the outcomes defined by business requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support the implementation of the financial remediation uplift.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Conduct and drive business analysis workshops for technology implementations, capturing business needs and translating them into detailed requirements.
- Act as an SME in risk management regulations, corporate governance, and internal control obligations.
- Develop detailed business requirements, including both functional and non-functional specifications.
- Support MPP and RAID management activities to track project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Document "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes, along with SOPs, to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
What we are looking for:
- Advanced analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisation skills, specifically in process management and documentation.
- Excellent communications skills, both in terms of written (documentation) and verbal (e.g. facilitating workshops).
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to interact at all levels within the organisation and with external parties.
- Computer literacy skills, e.g. Advanced skills in the use of MS Office Suite; email; and Excel.
