As our Senior Business Analyst reporting to the General Manager Transformation, you will be working on our financial crime workstream, you will be part of the transformation that is critical to the success of the business and contribute to the uplift of end-to-end financial crime processes and systems.
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide business analysis skills to support the effective implementation of the financial remediation uplift.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate workshops to define detailed business requirements (functional and non-functional) for technology implementations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in risk management, regulatory compliance, controls, obligations, and corporate governance.
- Develop and document "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee MPP (Master Project Plan) and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management to ensure project success.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation to support compliance and governance frameworks.
What we are looking for:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a background in risk management or corporate governance.
- A background in technology implementation such as a group risk compliance tool is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Exposure to highly regulated work environments is favourable.
