Join our team as a Gaming Attendant at The Star Brisbane.   

The Star Brisbane is Australia’s newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.

The Gaming Attendant position reports directly to the Gaming Area Manager and is responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of all gaming machines on our gaming floor.  

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Perform hand pays and pay outs
  • Resolves minor machine faults
  • Ensure gaming areas and well maintained and well presented
  • Communicate openly and effectively with courtesy and integrity to all guests
  • Maintain a guest focus in all services

What we are looking for:

  • Must be able to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Experience in a guest service-related field 
  • Good verbal communication skills 
  • Cash handling experience
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Computer literacy essential
