About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be part of this exciting journey, playing a key role in attracting and retaining top talent to bring our vision to life. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this newly created role will see you managing both volume and corporate recruitment across the business. Your portfolio will include Security, Events, and Audio-Visual recruitment, as well as corporate roles. This dynamic and fast-paced role offers a fantastic opportunity to challenge your skills and be part of Brisbane’s hospitality transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360° recruitment process, from approved vacancies to selection and offer.
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will assist you to screen and source talent.
- Provide strategic advice to hiring managers on sourcing and candidate attraction strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including client groups and the People and Performance team, to ensure talent retention.
- Drive and execute The Star Brisbane’s sourcing strategy, proactively building pipelines for critical roles.
- Collaborate with leaders, Onboarding, and Induction teams to ensure a superior candidate experience.
About You:
You are known for your excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of work. You excel at recommending sourcing and attraction strategies, and you have practical experience conducting and coordinating group interview sessions. You’re able to work in the Brisbane CBD office for 3-4 days per week and enjoy working from home on other days.
You have;
- Demonstrated experience in an end-to-end internal recruitment position, managing both volume and corporate vacancies in a large and complex organization.
- Impeccable ability to build and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with hiring leaders, candidates, and peers.
- Proven experience running assessment centres and managing candidates in talent communities.
- Experience maintaining in-house Applicant Tracking Systems (PageUp experience is advantageous).
