As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team with a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives while developing your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Please note that this is a 3-month contract opportunity.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Raising Purchase orders and receipting
  • Provide briefings in creative updates
  • Uploading creative into LOTJ for approvals to ensure compliance
  • Assisting with planning for venue bookings and property activations
  • Distribution of collateral material to venues

What are we looking for:

  • Availability to work a Permanent Part Time roster from Tuesday through Friday (20 hours contracted per week)
  • Previous and relevant experience or qualification in administrative functions and office practices
  • Experience in Hospitality, Food and Beverage highly desirable
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office (or equivalent software), including Word, Excel, and presentation tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
