As a Cashier working both on our main gaming floor and in our private gaming rooms, you will be responsible for greeting guests and providing high-quality services for gaming related transactions. Exceptional Customer Service is at the forefront of this role as well as the opportunity for you to put your skills and knowledge to the test and upskill in multiple areas of the Cage Operations.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Handle and reconcile all forms of cash, coin, chips, vouchers, and related documentation with precision and integrity
- Facilitate the sale and redemption of Keno tickets, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
- Manage fill Bank operations, including the secure transfer of chips to and from table games
- Stay up-to-date and actively promote our gaming rewards program and property-wide promotions to enhance guest engagement
What we are looking for:
- Previous gaming experience in high volume money handling or banking experienced highly regarded
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail & high level of concentration
- Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7-day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training
- Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)
