What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Japanese or sushi-focused restaurants, especially upscale establishments, significantly boosts career prospects
• Great attitude & team spirit
• Knife Mastery: Precision cutting for fish and vegetables is essential.
• Sushi Techniques: Ability to prepare nigiri, maki, sashimi, and other traditional dishes.
