Compliance Officer – Compliance

As our Compliance Officer, reporting to the Manager Breach & Whistleblower Governance, you will support the Group Risk function to ensure the company’s operations are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and partner with departments to proactively identify compliance issues and facilitate value-added solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the compliance program and help build a culture of strong personal accountability for compliance and risk.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the compliance program and corporate compliance strategies.
- Analyse compliance data to identify trends and facilitate improvements.
- Compile and maintain compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training.
- Build awareness of material compliance obligations across the business.

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a proactive approach.
- Demonstrated office management and analytical reporting skills.
- Exposure to regulatory work environments and understanding of relevant legislation.

Your analytical mindset and proactive approach allow you to identify risks and implement effective solutions.
