The Concierge at The Darling, reporting to the Front Office Manager, will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Concierge desk ensuring a positive guest experience, playing a key role to promote The Star Sydney as a leading destination. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our team members and guests.

 A few of your responsibilities: 

• Ensure that the highest standards of guest service are achieved and maintained upon check-in and during our guests stay
• Manage The Star Grand Loyalty Program and affiliated programs 
• Ensure all guest comment cards are distributed to relevant departments and respond to guests when required
• Assist with the people planning requirements including recruitment, rostering, training and development of the team

 What we are looking for:

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric approach
• Knowledge of Opera property management system
• Flexibility availability including evenings and weekends
