As the Senior Asset Protection Technology Specialist reporting directly to the Asset Protection Systems Manager, this role offers an extraordinary opportunity to manage all technical systems within Asset Protection and oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operational requirements for all systems and technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Surveillance.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Assist with preventative maintenance to reduce system failures and keep surveillance and security equipment effective
  • Advise on optimal use of current surveillance technology and assess new technologies for suitability
  • Manage inventory to ensure all surveillance equipment is accurately tracked and accounted for
  • Update surveillance systems to reflect operational changes promptly
  • Review and improve CCTV systems and workstations as directed
  • Review and enhance facial recognition systems as directed

What we are looking for:

  • Current NSW Security Industry Licence Class 2C or willingness to obtain
  • Experience and knowledge of access control systems essential
  • Experience with managing CCTV installation, maintenance, repairs and programming.
  • Experience in IT operating systems &/or network maintenance
  • Preferred Electrical Trade &/or Certificate desirable
  • Able to work at heights on a regular basis
