As a Property Operations Manager, you will effectively lead and co-ordinate all maintenance works across the property operations team. This position blends strategic oversight with practical leadership to ensure the property runs smoothly and remains safe.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your leadership and management experience within Property Operations at The Star Gold Coast.

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and coordinate preventative maintenance activities
  • Monitor compliance requirements and ensure timely delivery of certifications and maintenance documentation
  • Conduct comprehensive review and analysis of contracts, service level agreements, financial cost allocations, and building management statements
  • Evaluate, develop, and execute strategic policies and procedures to optimise operational efficiency
  • Facilitate and conduct monthly contractor meetings

What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering and/or facilities management
  • Previous experience in facilities management in a large complex building (highly regarded)
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills within Property Services
  • Great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and implement all statutory processes
  • Currently hold or ability to obtain a Casino Key Employee (KE) license, which includes thorough background checks
