As a Workforce Scheduler, you'll be responsible for coordinating staff schedules to balance business needs with employee wellbeing. Working closely with our operational teams, you'll ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time, contributing to exceptional guest experiences across our Gold Coast property.
This is a fantastic opportunity for team members to bring their operational knowledge into an administration role supporting the wider business.
Please note this role is initially a 13-month maximum-term contract opportunity.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Adjust rosters daily to meet staffing needs while ensuring compliance with agreements, policies, and budget
- Source overtime coverage based on operational demand
- Action all inbox and message requests daily
- Prepare accurate time files for payroll processing
- Deliver high-quality service on rostering, payroll, and policy queries
What we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
- Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster between 7am and 8pm
