The role provides specialist guidance to uplift breach management quality, support investigations, and strengthen organisational compliance maturity. It delivers insights on breach trends, identifies systemic issues, and drives the development of robust remedial actions. This position also promotes a proactive risk culture by fostering collaboration, maintaining strong governance practices, and championing ethical decision‑making across the business.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or the gaming industry, ideally supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Strong working knowledge of Queensland’s Casino Control Act, AML/CTF obligations, and key regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments, test controls, analyse complex regulatory requirements, and identify root‑cause issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and support risk‑aware decision‑making.
• High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving capability, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• A strong ethical mindset and commitment to upholding corporate governance, compliance standards, and organisational integrity.
