What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Law, Business, or a related field (desirable).
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in risk, compliance, audit, or a licensed gaming‑industry role.
• Strong knowledge of Queensland’s Casino Control Act, AML/CTF obligations, and relevant casino regulatory frameworks.
• Proven capability in risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and interpreting complex regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with the ability to influence risk‑aware decision‑making.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset, and ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment while upholding ethical standards.
