As a Housekeeping Services Room Attendant at The Star, you will report directly to the Housekeeping Services Supervisor and play a key role in delivering a positive and memorable guest experience. Through exceptional service delivery, a warm and approachable attitude, and a strong focus on efficiency, you will help ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and seamless experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and the hotel team, enriching every interaction and ensuring that every visitor feels right at home. 

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely, efficient, and professional customer service in line with guest expectations and The Star standards
  • Address guest enquiries and complaints with tact and professionalism, escalating issues and providing feedback to the Housekeeping Services Supervisor as required
  • Clean and service guest rooms, apartments, corridors, balconies, and pantries to The Star standards, updating room status accordingly
  • Handle guest belongings with care and respect at all times
  • Provide high‑quality service to guests, customers, and team members in accordance with policies, procedures, and service standards

  • Experience in a housekeeping function
  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Communication skills
