In this hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of gaming equipment, ensuring optimal performance and a seamless experience for our guests. You’ll uphold all statutory and regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality technical support across a diverse range of gaming equipment.

What we are looking for

• Trade certificate or Cert 3 in electronic (essential)
• Previous experience operating and maintaining gaming equipment/systems
• Skilled in the use of electronic test equipment (relating to electronic gaming machines)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as you work with a diverse team
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain a Queensland Key Employee (KE) Casino Licence (which includes thorough background checks)
• Flexible availability to work across a 24-hour/7-day roster
