As our People Advisor, you will support business leaders and the People & Culture team to drive engagement, capability, and business performance. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, using your HR expertise and business insight to deliver high-quality, proactive people solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a key role in implementing People & Culture initiatives, influencing outcomes, building capability, and help to create an exceptional team member experience.

Please note that this is a 12-month maximum-term contract opportunity.

A few of your responsibilities

  • Provide leaders with generalist HR advice across performance, engagement, remuneration, and workforce matters
  • Support on all employee lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with workplace legislation, policies, and best practice
  • Contribute to the implementation of People & Culture initiatives and projects, using change management approaches to drive adoption and results
  • Analyse people data and provide insights to inform decision-making and support delivery of the People Plan
  • Support position management activities, including organisational structure updates, Position Description reviews, and workforce planning alignment

What are we looking for

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist
  • Qualifications in Human Resources (highly regarded), with sound knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and Fair Work frameworks
  • Strong relationship management, influencing, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities
