As our Customer Insights Manager, reporting to the Group Manager CRM Operations, you will support Group Loyalty and CRM to make data-driven decisions that optimise guest experiences, maximise commercial returns, and improve operational efficiencies.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a key role in influencing the design of loyalty campaigns, ensuring that these initiatives are backed by robust analytics.
A few of your responsibilities
- Own the Group Loyalty and Customer analytics strategy and plan
- Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
- Selecting, configuring, and implementing analytics solutions for Star Entertainment Group properties
- Provide insight to support with the development of campaigns, including effectiveness measures and possible ROI targets.
- Provide insight to relevant teams to support campaign innovation and optimisation
- Develop and deliver data-driven strategies that enhance customer marketing strategies, ensuring continuous commercial improvement.
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing recommendations on data-driven business improvements and forecasting market trends
What we are looking for
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in customer analytical (quantitative), segmentation and/or marketing disciplines, or relevant analytical experience that could be applied to this discipline.
- Tertiary qualification in Statistics, Analytics, Marketing.
- Commercial mindset - you have a track record of commercial expertise, linking decisions to commercial outcomes and ROI
- Effective communication skills, articulating insights into actions for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Advanced user of analytical and data visualisation tools (Cognos, TM1, Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent).
- Experience in cloud-based data solutions using platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Advanced user of SQL and database queries.
- Experience in advanced analytics tools/languages (SAS. SPSS, R or Python)
- Understanding of relevant statutory and reporting requirements.
