As the Premium Guest Manager, you will support the Director of Premium Guest and Senior Leadership team in developing and growing The Star’s market through relationship marketing across the three properties.

You will also Provide all Interstate VIP patrons with thrilling seamless customer experiences and manage the planning and operational function ensuring retention, growth and the professional provision of bespoke service to The Star’s Premium Guests.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will focus on member acquisition along with building memorable connections with our guests, regulatory authorities, internal stakeholders and teams. 

 

A few of your responsibilities:    

  • Effectively lead, manage and develop the Premium Guest Executives to achieve and exceed KPIs
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders on productivity and performance of the department
  • Ensure that key events are hosted successfully and identified outcomes achieved
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives and strategy to increase The Star’s market share from VIP patrons
  • Identify new opportunities to grow the Interstate database through commercial relationships and subsequent revenues
  • Develop and maintain healthy relations with each property’s’ service teams to ensure the patrons receive a consistent full-service experience

 

What we are looking for: 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hospitality or related environment essential
  • A proven track record in strategic account management, Sales influence and client service
  • Previous Marketing experience or previous hotel or hospitality experience preferable
  • Highly organised and excellent communication skills and fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean highly desirable
  • Knowledge of the market, relevant compliance requirements, associated Legislation and the System of Accounting and internal Control.

You have well developed business acumen and understand how to connect with a potential guest base and promote membership through exceptional guest service and product knowledge. You maintain a high level of knowledge of the commercial landscape and are quick to disseminate to information to management. You are risk-aware and promote all aspects of our commitment to taking good care of our guests, team members and the wider community.
