Join The Star Gold Coast as a Marketing Manager where you will lead initiatives focused on member engagement and VIP experiences. In this role, you will design and deliver bespoke events and campaigns tailored to our most valued Star Club members.
Your creativity and strategic vision will shape how we engage our audiences and elevate our brand presence in the market. You will also play a key role in delivering our new casino strategy in partnership with our major shareholders.

What we are looking for
- Extensive marketing experience within the Gaming and/or Hospitality industry
- Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Solutions-minded approach with a track record of working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to interpret relevant legislation, particularly in Gaming Marketing, Responsible Service of Alcohol, Responsible service of Gambling, privacy, and copyright
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain a Queensland Key Employee (KE) Casino Licence (which includes thorough and ongoing background checks)
