In addition to Groups business, you will also support the Front Office operation by undertaking Guest Service Agent shifts, delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. This flexible role requires the ability to manage competing priorities while developing your skills across both Reservations and Front Office and contributing to the overall success of the hotel operation.

You will work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure both group and individual guests receive a consistently high standard of service. With opportunities to support training, drive operational excellence, and build strong stakeholder relationships, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic hotel environment.

  • Fresh uniform daily, laundered on property
  • Discounted city parking
  • Up to 30% off dining & accommodation at The Star Brisbane venues

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience, ideally within a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Extensive guest service experience with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • The ability to adapt between Group Reservations and Front Office duties to support operational needs.
  • Ability to deliver clear group handovers that give all departments the information they need for seamless execution
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems, with Opera experience highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to train, mentor, and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
