This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a key role in assessing  TSEG’s compliance with financial crime regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk management frameworks, and the effectiveness of the financial crime control environment

A few of your responsibilities

  • Lead risk and control assessments, including control walkthroughs, testing, and evaluation of control effectiveness.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor risks, providing practical advice and mitigation strategies in line with risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to strengthen controls, manage remediation activities, and embed effective risk and compliance practices.
  • Provide risk and compliance input to business, process, system, and regulatory change initiatives.
  • Support incident and breach management, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
  • Prepare risk reporting, maintain GRC records, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance risk management and control effectiveness.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative professional who can deliver quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in risk management, compliance, controls, or related roles within gaming, financial services, or other regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of risk and compliance frameworks, with expertise in control design, implementation, and issue management.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify risks and drive practical solutions.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, provide trusted advice, and lead outcomes across diverse business teams.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and organisational skills, with relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications in risk or compliance highly regarded.

Desirable: Financial Crime and/or Technology risk experience, knowledge of GRC systems, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
