This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a key role in assessing TSEG’s compliance with financial crime regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk management frameworks, and the effectiveness of the financial crime control environment.
A few of your responsibilities
- Lead risk and control assessments, including control walkthroughs, testing, and documentation of outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and monitor risks, ensuring alignment with risk management frameworks and regulatory obligations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to strengthen control environments and embed effective risk management practices.
- Provide risk and compliance advice on business, system, process, and regulatory change initiatives.
- Support incident management, remediation activities, and continuous improvement of risk and control effectiveness.
- Prepare risk reporting, maintain GRC system records, and contribute to a strong risk-aware culture across the organisation.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative professional who can deliver quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in assurance, compliance, risk, or control roles within gaming, financial services, corporate, or government environments.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and a well-developed risk and control mindset.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively escalate complex issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; relevant tertiary qualifications and industry certifications (e.g. ICA) are highly regarded.
