Join The Star Gold Coast as a Property Operations Technician – Carpenter, where you will be responsible for maintaining all joinery, fittings, and furniture across the property, as well as preparing cost estimates for minor in-house projects. From constructing and installing custom timber features to maintaining and repairing existing structures, your expertise will play a key role in upholding the quality and presentation of our world-class property.

What we are looking for
- Recognised Carpentry/Joinery trade qualification
- Knowledge of building processes and WPH&S including preventative maintenance
- Ability to identify hazards and risks and provide appropriate control measures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays as required
