Car Park Attendant| The Star Brisbane

As a Guest Services Attendant (Car Park), you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences from arrival to departure. You will assist with car park operations, guest enquiries, validations, mailroom services, and retail transactions while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Working closely with team members across the business, you will help maintain smooth daily operations and uphold The Star’s high service standards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Permanent Part-time opportunities available.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Experience in a hospitality, tourism, retail, or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to work across multiple systems, such as Skidata
• Additional language skills are highly desirable and will be viewed favourably.
